I place my hands on various points on the body, whilst you concentrate your mind on your breath, allowing for the body and mind to connect into a sea of calmness. Crystals are placed with intention along the central line of your body. Using tuning forks, crystal singing pyramid and crystal singing bowls, you will enter a deep state of relaxation and feel rebalanced as the beautiful vibrational sounds allow you to relax deeply. Find out more
