How to use the oils
Before each use, hold the bottle in your hands for a few moments, to bring love and warmth to the sleeping crystal and perhaps take a few moments to set your intention. Then, give the bottle a very gentle shake, allowing the individual aromas to mingle together. The bottles have pipette style droppers.
For meditation, place one or two drops in the palm of your hand, rubbing your hands together to activate the divine aromas, cup your hands to your nose and inhale slowly and deeply several times and bring focus to the relevant chakra.
Using 2 or 3 drops, massage into the soles of your feet.
By massaging in a circular motion directly to each chakra point down your body.
Apply to your pulse points.
Run a lovely warm bath, turn off the taps and add 5 or 6 drops to the water and relax.
